Bihar SSC Inter Level Exam Selection Process 2025
In the light of Bihar Staff Selection Commission Examination Conduct Rules-2010, the preliminary examination will be conducted if more than 40 (forty thousand) applications are received. If more applications are received, the preliminary examination can be conducted in more than one phase. The examination will be conducted in different phases. In case of conducting the examination, the result will be prepared by adopting the process of equalization.

BSSC Inter Level Syllabus 2025
The preliminary examination will be of objective nature. Candidates equal to 05 (five) times the number of category wise vacancies available through the preliminary examination will be selected for the main examination. A separate advertisement will be published for the main examination.
Preliminary Examination: In the preliminary examination, there will be one paper on General Knowledge, which will have the following topics:-
- General Studies
- General Science and Mathematics.
- Mental Ability Test (Comprehension/ Logic/ Reasoning/ Mental Ability)
Questions will be objective and multiple choice. Total number of questions will be 150. 4 marks will be given for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours 15 minutes. The medium of language in the preliminary examination will be Hindi/English. If there is any difference between Hindi and English question papers, only English questions will be valid.

How To Apply Online For BSSC Inter Level Exam 2025
- Online application can be filled on the Commission’s website https://bssc.bihar.gov.in from 15.10.2025 to 27.11.2025 at 11:59 pm.
- Candidates will scan and upload the Hindi and English signatures while submitting the online application.
- The Commission will not be responsible for internet or banking disruption. Therefore, candidates will not wait for the last dates and will complete all the processes before that. Also, the Commission will not be responsible for wrong payment/failed payment and the candidate will not be given additional time for correction.
- Candidates will be satisfied by seeing the preview before submitting the application form and if any correction is required, they will submit the application form only after making the necessary corrections using the edit option.
- Only one online application form can be filled by a candidate. In case a candidate fills more than one application form with the same address or by changing the address, all his/her application forms will be rejected and his/her candidature will be cancelled.
- It is mandatory to enter valid and active mobile number and email ID as it will be used for future communication. If you enter wrong or invalid mobile number and/or e-mail ID, you will be deprived of receiving important information in future, for which the Commission will not be responsible.
- Candidates will keep their Application Form Number / Registration Number / Roll Number safe. Candidates should keep a copy of the completely filled application form (including photograph) with them. Under no circumstances will duplicate/secondary registration number/application form number/admit card be issued by the Commission later.
